Refund policy

We want you to be happy with Resume Factory. Here is how refunds and cancellations work.

Cancel any time

You can cancel from your Account page (Manage billing). Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you already paid for, and then it doesn't renew. You won't be charged again.

Refunds

• First payment: if you aren't satisfied, ask within 7 days of your first payment and we'll refund it in full.
• Renewals: if you were charged for a renewal and didn't mean to be, ask within 7 days of that charge and we'll refund it.
• Otherwise we don't refund the part of a period you have already paid for. Cancelling is the way to avoid future charges.

How to ask

Contact us using the address in your receipt email and say you'd like a refund. Refunds go back to the card you paid with and can take a few business days to appear.

Deleting your account also cancels your plan right away, but doesn't by itself refund anything. Ask for a refund first if you qualify.
